Find an existing replacement model
Search manufacturer names, product numbers, part descriptions and model communities across multiple source types.
Search, adapt or recreate
For a missing, broken or discontinued part, the real need is not ‘an STL’—it is a replacement that fits and performs its job. We search existing resources first, then define an adaptation or recreation route when needed.
A printed replacement is not appropriate for every load, temperature, electrical, pressure or safety-critical use. We ask how the part functions and may decline, restrict or refer work that needs qualified engineering or certification.

ROUTE MAP
PrintWhat starts with the cheapest defensible route and keeps unknowns visible instead of presenting a promising file as a guaranteed result.
We form search queries from product identifiers, synonyms, geometry and function and check original sources.
Promising models are reported with their source, license, matching evidence and missing dimensions—not as guaranteed matches.
If search fails, the same brief becomes a modification, custom reconstruction or manufacturing request.
POSSIBLE ROUTES
Search manufacturer names, product numbers, part descriptions and model communities across multiple source types.
Change measured interfaces, clearances or external form when a licensed model solves most of the problem.
Use the broken part, a mirrored counterpart, mounting interface, photos and measurements to brief a new model.
When a model is approved, continue to a production provider without assuming a particular process or material too early.
TYPICAL BRIEFS
Match shaft shape, insertion depth, outside size and markings for a non-safety-critical control.
Record snap geometry, mating surfaces, flex direction and the conditions it must tolerate.
Search the exact product identifier before reconstructing a cosmetic or lightly loaded piece.
Capture hole centers, thickness, loads and environment before deciding whether printing is suitable.
DETAILS
Sometimes, especially when labels, product context and distinctive geometry are visible. A photo alone rarely proves exact fit, so product numbers and measurements materially improve the search.
Send all pieces, the installation location and an undamaged mirrored or neighboring part if available. Broken edges can still reveal interfaces and thickness.
Not automatically. Strength depends on geometry, process, material, orientation and service conditions. Safety-critical or highly loaded parts require qualified review and may not be accepted.
No. The request starts with the required outcome. Plastic additive manufacturing may be suitable, but metal, resin, machining, casting or another route can be considered by the eventual provider.
